Every city will be located on a specific tile and each of the tiles are able to hold an unlimited number of units. The land tiles can have either a transportation method, such as road or railroad, land improvement, such as mine or farm, or a city. Cities are not allowed to touch so they have to be at least two tiles away from each other. Each tile has a specific terrain type that affects the amount of food, production, and trade it will produce when it is working.

A tile is only able to be worked if it is located within 20 tiles of the city. Only one city can work a tile at a time and each city is only allowed to work the number of tiles either equal to or less than their population.

Each population unit needs two food units each turn to survive. Or players can use diplomacy channel to bow other civilization in front of you. It allows the players to add their own maps.
